Accident and Injury Performance Statistics

Broadway’s goal for the OSHA Recordable Incidence Rate is zero.  Broadway met this goal in 2011. Our employees had not suffered a recordable injury since October 2010, covering over 200,000 work hours. Our history of Recordable Incidence Rates (RIR) and Lost Workday Case Incidence Rates (LWIR) are as follows:

YEAR Recordable Incidence Rates (RIR)
2015 1.05
2014 2.07
2013 1.85
2012 2.72

YEAR Lost Workday Case Incident Rate (LWIR)
2015 0.52
2014 0.00
2013 0.62
2012 0.91

Broadway’s success in managing unsafe conditions and unsafe actions and injuries has led to significantly fewer Workers’ Compensation claims. Our three-year loss results are much below the expected level. Our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) determined by the WCIRB:

YEAR Experience Modification Rate (EMR)
2015 0.67
2014 0.69
2013 0.76
2012 0.76
