The development contains 304 market-rate units, a subterranean parking structure for 350 vehicles and includes 9,000 sq ft of street-level retail space. In 2006 BMC provided a complete remodel of the plumbing systems for 24 units of the development which included installation of plumbing fixtures for the remodeled bathrooms and kitchens, including drainage, waterlines and sanitary, waste and vent.
