Alta Bates parking structure is located in the heart of an operating hospital campus in downtown Oakland, CA. Located along Hawthorne Avenue, the parking structure was built into the side of a hill and consists of six stories along the northern façade and four stories along Summit Street. The structure is 392,000 square feet and contains 1,064 parking stalls. BMC performed the Storm, Sanitary Waste & Vent, and Domestic Water plumbing systems.
