Hall of Justice

BMC was contracted to perform an energy upgrade for City of Oakland’s Hall of Justice. The energy retrofit replaced the existing cooling tower that served the Hall of Justice with a high efficiency cooling tower while including a temporary cooling for the generators when the cooling tower was inoperable. As part of the project, BMC provided complete installation of isolation dampers, a variable frequency drive (VFD) and changed from nomadic to DDC controls on the supply fan serving the cooling tower.
