The Mint Lofts consists of two historic buildings located in Mint Plaza (formerly known as Jesse Street) that were renovated and converted into luxury residences. The “Hales Warehouse” building, located at 410 Jessie Street, offers 52 residential and live/work units. The “Station House” building, located at 418 Jessie Street, features 25 luxury residences and includes a roof deck with a fitness center and custom spa, indoor parking, and a two-story restaurant-lounge on the street level. The buildings were once part of the historic Hales Brothers Department Store and formerly served as a San Francisco Fire Department firehouse. BMC provided complete installation for both the HVAC hydronic and plumbing systems for both buildings.
