Broadway’s goal for the OSHA Recordable Incidence Rate is zero. Broadway met this goal in 2011. Our employees had not suffered a recordable injury since October 2010, covering over 200,000 work hours. Our history of Recordable Incidence Rates (RIR) and Lost Workday Case Incidence Rates (LWIR) are as follows:

Broadway’s success in managing unsafe conditions and unsafe actions and injuries has led to significantly fewer Workers’ Compensation claims. Our three-year loss results are much below the expected level. Our Experience Modification Rate (EMR) determined by the WCIRB:
