Valencia Gardens is 300,000 sq ft affordable housing and community space project located on a five-acre site in the Inner Mission District of San Francisco. The 16-building complex includes 260 units, a spacious community center, day care and learning centers, a play area for children and a central outdoor plaza. Four-story buildings line the primary public access streets and three-story buildings flank the interior blocks. BMC provided complete installations of the Sanitary Waste and Vent, Storm, and Domestic Cold Water plumbing systems for this project.
